While virtual sessions (e.g., brainstorming) may be conducted by student or junior tutors, senior tutor always provides the final edits. We believe this teamwork allows students to receive varied perspectives and valuable feedback on their essays.

What if I don't use up my package?
While we do not provide refunds, remaining hours can be credited for use on other services for yourself or someone else (e.g., siblings).

How long is your turnaround time for edits?
We have a 48-72 hour turnaround time, excluding Sundays and major U.S. holidays.

Can I choose my tutor?
You can certainly request a specific tutor, and we will do our best to match you with them. However, it will depend on their availability.
